What happens behind the scenes?
There is quite alot of time spent in the first week getting your listing live gathering all the facts on the property, writting scripts, creating floorplans, creating the vr tour, checking all web links, going to council pulling the property records has to be done prior to launch. At least 10 hours of work before we can go live, sometimes more.
